Be at one with nature on this beautiful Caribbean cove just an hour south of Cancun Mexico (about 5 miles north of Tulum Mexico).    Awaken to the surf gently lapping against the shore just 15 feet from your window.  (Miles and miles from all those big Cancun resorts.)   View the fabulous turquoise of the caribbean waters on your own beach.  Comfort, Nature, and Adventure....  The very best of the Yucatan!!

WiFi Internet  We would prefer that you just enjoyed the beach, but if you need access to your email, just bring your WiFi capable laptop, and use our connection

Activities   Our home is the perfect spot for an active (or relaxing) vacation.  Snorkel among the living coral reef in your own front yard and mingle with the many species of tropical fish that make their home there.  As you look at a Mayan Riviera map, you can tell that this reef is one of the largest in the world.

Restaurants  Within walking distance from our property are several restaurants from which to choose:

  • Casa Cenote
  • Blue Sky

All have a variety of international and local specialties that will surprise even the most discriminating gourmets (serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner).  We are also only a 5 minute drive from Tulum Mexico which has many restaurants, as does Playa del Carmen (30 minute drive).

Maid Service - Included in your stay is daily maid service.  The villa (house) has a full kitchen for your use.

Reservation Policy -  Please check out the Reservation calendar first.  50% down holds the reservation, balance due 60 days prior to check in.  (The deposit is credditable towards future travel, but not refundable.  Click here for policies .

Directions   Fly to Cancun, Mexico.  The either rent a car, hire a taxi, or catch the bus to Tulum.

Head south toward Tulum on Hiway 307.  The entire drive will take about 1.25 hours.  The hiway is in excellent condition for most of the way (4 lane divided hiway).  The first major landmark will be a sign for Xel-Ha.  There will be a HUGE Mexico flag on a hilltop right next to the hiway.  At this point you are about 30 minutes from the turn off.

When you see a sign advertising a restaurant on our cove called Casa Cenote, you will know you are getting close.  Then you will see a large sign that says "Tankah Tres"  (between hiway marker KM238 and KM 237).  Since there is now a divided median, you will have to go PAST this turn off less than a mile, then U-turn at the "Dreams resort".  Now you are heading north, and will need to exit to the right.

Drive toward the coast (less than a mile), until  you are forced to take a 90 degree turn to the left.  Follow this dirt road past the Casa Cenote Restaurant.  When you see a sign that says "Slice of Paradise" tied to a palm tree (lot #55), you will know you have arrived!   Immediately take off your shoes and put your feet in the water.

We STRONGLY reccommend that you purchase travel insurance, especially if traveling during hurricane season.
